WHEW CHILE!!! Tell me that didn’t do something to you!!! Cuz that spoke to me on so many levels!

Yes, teach us, Ms. Winfrey! Teach us!!!

I believe that our thoughts are the most powerful thing that we have! What we BELIEVE…We BECOME!

I always tell my daughter this and remind myself of this daily!

I LOVE POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS!!!

Here are a few I say and I have Maddi (My daughter) as well:

I believe in myself

I love and approve myself

God loves me

I am healed

I am powerful

I am safe

I am loved

I am a leader and not a follower

My thoughts control my life, they must always be positive
