Queen Dreamer
A woman who knows who she is has morals and values, works hard in every aspect of her life.
A woman who loves passionately, openly, and wholeheartedly, because she knows love is the most powerful force in the world.
A woman who embraces the true essence of her being…her truth… her greatness… her flaws. She is free…she is bold…she is unapologetically herself. She knows she’s royalty and acts as such!
She acknowledges, respects, and empowers other Queens. She knows anything is possible, as long as, she believes in herself and trusts her royal journey that she has all the power within her to manifest the life she deserves.
She understands that to fully live one must be grateful for everything! Every life lesson, the good and the bad, because everything she’s been through perfectly molded her into the woman she is today.
She knows you must live with a purpose and she has the courage and strength that no matter what life brings her way she will always follow her dreams!

Let’s Chat w/ Coach Bankston
- What is your profession?
I am a professional life and leadership coach. My specialty is in solution focused and transformational life coaching. I work specifically with women to help them overcome life challenges by way of reinvention and change management.
- What does a typical day in your life consist of?
My typical day is inclusive of working full time as a public service worker, and every evening working in my coaching business developing teaching content, and strategies for my clients.
- How did you become an entrepreneur?
The entrepreneurial spirit has been a part of my life for the last 25 years…it started out with my involvement selling Amway and getting involved with other multilevel marketing companies in the 90s. The seed was sown for the challenge, freedom, and independence gained from being an entrepreneur.
- Why do you work in that line of business, what made you decide that’s what you wanted to do?
I absolutely love helping people achieve their personal best! I am usually somewhere giving a motivating, encouraging word to people that I encounter. I am a strong believer in empowering people to achieve their next greatest level. After many years of struggling financially while supporting my two sons as a single mother, I decided that completing my education would equip me with new skills to empower myself for greatness. It was during this quest that I learned that I needed to reinvent myself. Coaching seemed to come naturally to inspire others.
- What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I enjoy watching people “get it”…getting to that next level and overcome obstacles in their life that was once a stumbling block. For example, I had a client that was in a domestic violence situation, she had two minor children that were never physically abused but were always witness to her physical abuse. She was absolutely terrified of her abuser. As her coach I helped her develop a strategy that included relocation, a personal protection order from the court in her community, emergency food, clothing and securing employment. She reinvented her life! She was restored to a healthy space, and she was able to start the restoration process for both herself and her children.
- What do you least enjoy?
The one thing I enjoy the least is juggling fulltime employment with entrepreneurship, and maintaining work-life balance is a constant balancing act.
- If you would give a young Queen Dreamer or King Dreamer any 3 pieces of advice what would you give them?
I normally share with young people the magic of having big dreams…dreams give life and energy to what becomes goals, and goals achieved make room for more achievement. I would encourage a young Queen Dreamer or King Dreamer to get a mentor and develop a mentorship to aid in the development of goal achievement. Eliminate the influence of negative people, naysayers, and dream stealers. Pray, read, and read more about their interest.
- What’s some advice you wish someone had given you prior to starting your business?
One piece of advice I wish someone would have given me prior to starting my business is to save, save, and save more. Not everyone will have your passion, vision, and drive for success. It will take money to finance the success of your business, or at the very least creativity and ingenuity to develop strategies for success in business.
- How do you market your company?
I market my company of course through social media, word of mouth, collaborations with other entrepreneurs, networking events, and most importantly for me through the use of a Public Relations coach.
- Do you have a mentor or someone you go to for advice? If so who and how have they assisted you thus far?
I have both mentors and professional coaches that I go to for advice. Their experience and expertise in their prospective fields have saved me time, money, resources, and most of all it as prevented me from experiencing some harsh realities that accompany lessons being learned the hard way.
- Do you have a company website, any social media, how can someone get in contact with you?
I have a website and that is www.coachTBankston.com. My email is coachTBankston@mail.com. My instagram and twitter handles are coachtbankston. My fb address is www.facebook.com/CoachTBankson.
- What was one of the hardest decisions you had to make in regards to your business?
One of the hardest decisions that I have had to make in my business is to decide to pay for services that I am not good at, or to try to do everything myself. It became crystal clear to me after attempting to create my website to pay for quality rather than try to do it all. I had to ask myself what is more important to save a couple of dollars now or make a real investment in my business that can have a residual income affect for years to follow.
- Just for fun, what’s the strangest thing that has happened to you running your business?
The strangest thing that has happened to me since running my business is people recognizing me from my social media ads. People will approach me and say, “Hello CoachTBankston or Hi Come Soar with Me”. That still makes me laugh. I am not use to seeing my pictures on a website, and social media.
- When people think about you and your company what would you like for them to think; what do you want your Legacy to be?
I would like for people to associate my company, and me with the achievement of goals, and soaring to greater heights. I believe that we each have greatness stored inside of us, and it is our job to tap into that inner greatness soar to greater heights and share it with others.
- What’s your ultimate goal for your brand?
My ultimate goal for my brand is to been seen as a “changologist”, and a reinvention strategist. I want people to know that I believe in them and their greatness so much that people begin to tap into their greatness…Aim High, Take Flight, Come Soar with Me.
- I’m sure you have read my definition of a Queen Dreamer what do you think of when you hear *Queen Dreamer*?
I absolutely love the concept of a Queen Dreamer…my first thought is the Proverbs 31 woman. I think your definition embodies all the love, creativity, and greatness that God himself placed inside each of us. I think that cliché rings true, “God’s gift to man is knowledge, skills, and abilities, our gift to God is what we do with that knowledge, skills, and abilities”. Each Queen Dreamer is responsible for understanding her greatness, and empowering another along her royal journey to embrace her greatness and achieve greatness…it’s about capturing greatness and promoting greatness!
